陈磊，教授，博士生导师，西南财经大学会计学院科学研究及社会服务事务主任（协助学院领导主抓学科建设、科学研究、社会服务工作）。

入选财政部国际化高端会计人才、四川省“天府万人计划”、四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选、西南财经大学“光华百人计划”等人才项目、全国高校黄大年式教师团队成员。担任四川省会计学会管理会计专业委员会副主任委员、成都市服务业发展专项资金专家。担任大型国有控股集团外部董事、多家上市公司独立董事。主要科研与教学领域包括资本市场、信息披露、金融科技、国企治理与改革、管理会计。

主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项目、四川省哲学社会科学基金项目、中央高校科研和教育改革项目等纵向课题，以及人力资源和社会保障部、四川省会计学会等委托的横向课题。在CAR、JBE、JBFA、CGIR、EFM、AF、《会计研究》等期刊上发表多篇学术论文。工作论文在SFS Cavalcade North America、NBER Conference on Chinese Economy、CICF、ABFER、MIT-Asia Conference in Accounting、FARS、HARC、AAA、CFSF金融学者论坛等金融与会计领域的顶级会议上进行宣讲。论文先后获得the Credit Mutuel Nord Europe-LaFrancaise AM Best Ph.D. Paper Prize、Emerging Accounting Researcher Consortium Travel Grant、Runner-up CGIR Best Paper Award、MIT-Asia Conference in Accounting Best Discussant Award、中国财务学年会最佳论文奖、首届“大数据会计论坛”优秀论文等奖项。学术成果曾被包括Bloomberg、The Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation、The Advocate for Institutional Investors、《中国青年报》《中国会计报》等多家媒体和实务界杂志报道和转载。担任CAR、JBE、JBFA、AF、ABR、AJFS、FBR、Economics & Politics、《会计研究》等期刊匿名审稿人。担任国家自然科学基金项目同行评议专家。
