陈逸飞，毕业于美国罗格斯大学（Rutgers University）商学院，获管理学博士学位。主要研究领域包括信息披露（主要包括企业盈余会议、社交媒体、吹哨人制度）、企业社会责任、人力资本（主要包括员工福利政策）、文本分析（主要包括网页爬虫以及基于python的文本建模）、资本市场（主要包括公司品牌价值以及公司并购）以及金融市场投资（主要包括分析师预测、公司估值以及私募股权投资）。研究成果发表于《Journal of Business Finance & Accounting》、《Journal of Business Ethics》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Investment Analysts Journal》等国际知名期刊。工作论文曾在美国会计协会（American Accounting Association）年会（Annual Meeting）、财务报告与分析会议（Financial Accounting and Reporting Section）、国际会计会议（International Accounting Section）以及欧洲会计协会（European Accounting Association）年会（Annual Congress）等会议进行报告。
