About the Speakers:

陈晓，清华大学经管学院会计系教授。研究领域包括：会计与资本市场、公司治理、税务与企业战略、企业价值评估。主持了4项国家自然科学基金和1项国家社会科学基金的研究工作。在Review of Financial Studies、经济研究、管理世界等国内外期刊发表学术论文40余篇。

XiaoChen, Professor, Department of Accounting, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. Research areas include: accounting and capital markets, corporate governance, tax and corporate strategy, corporate value assessment. Presided over the four National Natural Science Foundation and a national social science fund research. He has published more than 40 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, such as Review of Financial Studies, Economic Research and Management World.

张琦，中南财经政法大学会计学院教授、大数据研究院副院长、政府会计研究所所长。研究领域：政府会计、政府预算与政府财务信息披露。《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《会计研究》等杂志匿名审稿人，国家自然科学基金通讯评议专家。
