杨肃昌，兰州大学经济学院教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域：审计体制、内部控制与风险管理、环境审计与区域经济发展等。

SuchangYang is the professor and doctoral supervisor of economics school at Lanzhou University. His main research fields include audit system, Internal control and risk management , the environment audit and regional economic developmentand so on.

刘斌，重庆大学经济与工商管理学院教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域：会计准则、资本市场会计、公司会计行为等。

Bin Liu is the professor and doctoral supervisor of economics and business administration school at Chongqing University. His main research fields include accounting standard, capital market accounting, companies'accounting behavior and so on.
