李青原，武汉大学经济与管理学院教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域：财务会计、公司金融和税收。

Qingyuan Li is the professor and doctoral supervisor of economicsand management school at Wuhan University. His main research fields include financial accounting, corporate finance and tax revenue.

陈宋生，北京理工大学管理与经济学院教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域：审计、内部控制、会计信息系统与盈余质量等。

Songsheng Chen is the professor and doctoral supervisor of management and economicsschool at Beijing Institute of Technology. His main research fields include auditing, internal control,AIS and earnings quality .
