陈逸飞，毕业于美国罗格斯大学（Rutgers University）商学院，获管理学博士学位。主要研究领域包括信息披露（主要包括企业盈余会议、社交媒体、吹哨人制度）、企业社会责任、人力资本（主要包括员工福利政策）、文本分析（主要包括网页爬虫以及基于python的文本建模）、资本市场（主要包括公司品牌价值以及公司并购）以及金融市场投资（主要包括分析师预测、公司估值以及私募股权投资）。研究成果发表于《Journal of Business Finance & Accounting》、《Journal of Business Ethics》、《Journal of Business Research》、《Investment Analysts Journal》等国际知名期刊。另有数篇论文处于《Strategic Management Journal》（UTD24, 管理学顶级期刊）、《Journal of Accounting and Public Policy》、《Journal of Business Research》等期刊的返修阶段。工作论文曾在美国会计协会（American Accounting Association）年会（Annual Meeting）、财务报告与分析会议（Financial Accounting and Reporting Section）、国际会计会议（International Accounting Section）以及欧洲会计协会（European Accounting Association）年会（Annual Congress）等会议进行报告。
